Because our products are seasonal and made especially for the Christmas period, this 14-day window helps us ensure all families receive their orders in time for the holidays.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your package.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
  

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Because our items are limited-edition holiday products, we may not be able to process returns after 14 days.
